Klaviyo → MessageFlow Email Bridge

Keep Klaviyo flows; send abandoned-cart and order mail via fixed-IP SMTP.

What they needed

Polish inboxes are picky. The store wanted Klaviyo to keep orchestrating flows, but actual sending had to go through an ESP/SMTP path with a stable IP (abandoned cart first, then order confirmation).

What I delivered

  • Abandoned-cart path: Klaviyo Started Checkout → webhook → Make.com → MessageFlow SMTP
  • Order confirmation flow on the same pattern
  • Documentation packages for each flow (multiple delivery folders)

Why it helped

Marketing keeps working in Klaviyo while delivery uses a sender path that inbox providers accept more reliably.
