Pet Care Management System
Client portal + admin control for subscriptions, pets, and cleanups.
What they needed
A pet-care business needed more than a marketing site. Clients had to manage pets, yards, subscriptions, and invoices in one place, while the owner needed a private admin panel — tied into an existing Webflow site.
What I delivered
- Full client portal: dashboard, profile, pets & yards, subscriptions, invoices, cleanups, extra services, settings
- Admin dashboard for client overrides, subscriptions, invoices, and operational data
- Auth for clients and admin, relational schema around the real business model
- Built across milestones (foundation → client portal → admin, shipping, redesign, malware cleanup follow-ups)

The business runs day-to-day ops from a custom system they own — not a bolted-on template — with a clear path from client self-service to admin control.
