What they needed

An existing school platform (fees, attendance, homework, roles) needed to hold up for many schools — connection pooling, indexes, rate limits, timezone and monitoring fixes.

What I delivered

• Work on MERN SMS codebase with Admin/Teacher/Parent/Student/Accountant roles
• Pool and indexing changes aimed at higher concurrent school capacity
• Demo recording of the hardened system

Why it helped

The multi-tenant school product is better prepared for real concurrent load instead of a single-school comfort zone.
