What they needed

Tattoo studios drown in Instagram and WhatsApp DMs. They needed intake automation that stays safe (only clear tattoo leads), multi-tenant account states, and a simple mobile inbox UI.

What I delivered

• Backend MVP: Meta Instagram + WhatsApp intake, rule-based intent, optional AI fallback
• Human-like delay, tattoo intake questionnaire, unified inbox labels, template storage
• Mobile-first inbox UI with message detail, template editor, automation toggles
• Supabase (PostgreSQL) + FastAPI; React Native / web UI path per SOW

Why it helped

Studios qualify leads without answering every message by hand — and still keep a human inbox when automation should stay off.
