Admin + vendor portals for multi-platform earnings and payouts.

What they needed

Revenue lived in messy Excel exports from many platforms. The team needed one place to store vendors, upload reports, calculate commissions, track payouts, and let vendors log in to see their own numbers — with QuickBooks in the mix later.

What I delivered

Admin portal: vendors, platforms, report upload, commission math, payment marking
Vendor portal: monthly revenue, platform breakdown, pending payouts, history (view-only)
Earlier phase: PostgreSQL + FastAPI tooling for audit / revenue report upload and review
Support for inconsistent Excel/CSV layouts across platforms

Why it helped

Payouts and vendor reporting stopped depending on manual spreadsheet hunting. Admins run the books; vendors see their own dashboard.
